Solder paster

Solder paster 63/37, 20/80 and Sn50Pb50 are all leaded solder pastes, classic soldering materials for SMT reflow soldering and wave soldering, widely used in consumer electronics, home appliances, industrial control boards and electronic maintenance.

Sn63Pb37 (6337) is eutectic solder paste with melting point at 183℃. It features excellent wettability, bright solder joints, high bonding strength and low cold‑solder risk. It is the most popular standard leaded solder paste for fine‑pitch IC, BGA and precision components.

Sn20Pb80 (2080) has high lead content with high‑temperature resistance and strong oxidation resistance. Suitable for power modules and high‑power components, its solder joints have good shock‑proof and anti‑aging performance.

Sn50Pb50 (5050) has moderate melting point and good ductility with cost‑effective performance, mainly used for through‑hole soldering, manual welding and electronic repair.

Made of high‑quality solder powder and flux, these pastes include no‑clean and water‑wash types. They have stable viscosity, good printability, less solder balls, compatible with all mainstream SMT mounters. Leaded solder pastes are mature, low‑cost and easy‑processing, widely adopted in traditional electronics factories for RoHS‑exempt products.
