JUKI JX‑350

JUKI JX‑350 is a compact high‑speed all‑in‑one universal mounter developed by JUKI. Featuring small footprint and high flexibility, it is designed for small‑medium factories and R&D sampling workshops, focusing on flexible SMT production of mixed varieties and small‑medium batches. It integrates high‑speed small‑component mounting and large odd‑form component assembly, widely used in consumer electronics, industrial control boards, power supplies and medical electronics.

It achieves mounting accuracy of ±35μm, stably handling components from 0402 micro‑parts to 74mm large‑size parts, including resistors, capacitors, ICs, BGA, connectors and heat sinks. It completes both small and large component mounting in one machine, saving production line space and equipment investment. Its maximum theoretical mounting speed reaches about 18,000 CPH. Equipped with high‑speed and universal heads, it runs stably for mixed‑variety production.

Adopting JUKI’s proven high‑definition vision system, it provides precise positioning and strong compatibility for irregular components with low rejection rate and stable yield.
