Hitachi GXH‑1S

Hitachi GXH‑1S is a classic high‑speed modular mounter from Hitachi. As an early mainstream Japanese model, it features mature structure, stable precision and low failure rate. Widely available in the second‑hand SMT market, it is used in consumer electronics, power boards, home appliances and security devices for general‑density PCB mass production.

It provides mounting accuracy of ±25μm, stably handling components from 0402 micro‑parts to 32mm parts, including resistors, capacitors, SOP, QFP and small BGA. Its maximum theoretical mounting speed reaches 42,000 CPH. Equipped with Hitachi high‑speed rotary multi‑nozzle heads, it runs smoothly for long‑hour continuous production.
